Welcome to PropFraction! Our platform was designed to make investing in real-world real estate as easy as purchasing a stock online. Whether you are a seasoned web3 investor or a newcomer utilizing our Circle Embedded Social sign-ins, this step-by-step onboarding guide will walk you through your very first fractional acquisition.

Step 1: Securely Connecting Your Web3 Wallet

To interact with properties on the blockchain, you need a cryptographic identity. PropFraction supports two main methods of wallet connection:

• Circle Embedded Wallet Sign-in: Perfect for non-technical users. Simply click the Circle Embedded Sign-in button at the top header, enter your email, verify with the OTP code, and the platform will automatically generate a non-custodial smart wallet for you under the hood.
• Connect Wallet (RainbowKit): For advanced users with existing browser extensions (such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Rabby). Click Connect Wallet to link your EOA directly.

Step 2: Completing Compliance & KYC Verification

Real estate investing is subject to global financial regulations. To protect the protocol and comply with securities laws, PropFraction utilizes a secure KYC (Know Your Customer) whitelist check. Before making your first purchase:

• Navigate to the Tokenization Console or compliance section.
• Complete the self-verification / KYC wizard. This will securely sign a cryptographic attestation mapping your active wallet address to a verified investor status tier.
• No personally identifiable information (PII) is uploaded to the public blockchain; only a hashed compliance tick is written, protecting your data privacy.

Step 3: Navigating the RWA Marketplace

Once your wallet is connected and whitelisted, head to the Marketplace. Here, you will see our curated RWA offerings. Each listing displays:

• Token Name and Symbol (e.g. Dubai Marina Penthouse / PROP-DXB).
• Target APY (pro-rata rental yield percentage).
• Liquidity Pool reserves and total valuation.
• Direct links to verified Legal Deeds and Land Registry documents for absolute transparency.

Step 4: Acquiring Fractional Shares

Select a property and click "Invest". Enter the amount of USDC you wish to spend. Review the parameters (number of shares, execution price, and estimated yield). Click confirm, authorize the transaction in your connected wallet, and wait for the sub-second confirmation on Arc.

Step 5: Claiming Pro-Rata Rental Yields Instantly

Congratulations! You are now a fractional real estate investor. Your holdings will instantly start generating pro-rata yield. To view or withdraw your returns, open the My Portfolio tab. Under the "Accrued Yields" section, you can click "Claim Yield" to withdraw your USDC profits directly to your wallet.
